3. The phone number listed is for the nurse’s station. If you will not be in attendance or to check if the clinic is still happening, you can call that

number at the start of the clinic. You can also check with the clinic attending (in parenthesis next to clinic name) at beginning of the rotation.

1. Please use the learning objectives to encourage and guide clinical teaching.
2. Reading time is elective time for you to read or work on your projects.
3. Family Medicine Clinics (FMCs) will replace 2-3 of the above assigned specialty clinics and will be reflected in amion.com.
